Who We Are
The investigation team is composed of members from different regions around the United States. Each brings certain qualities to the team in order to run an efficient and responsible investigation.
Michael Gableman - WI Special Counsel
Mike served on the Wisconsin Supreme Court from 2008 thru 2018. Before that he served as the circuit court judge for Burnett County.
Mike is charged with leading this investigation by the Wisconsin State Assembly. He is in charge of supervising the office, hiring employees, issuing subpoenas, and informing the public.
Zakory Niemierowicz - Office Administrator
Zakory is originally from the Green Bay area and attended school at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In May of 2021 he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Zakory's daily tasks include organizing emails and documents, scheduling team meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies, and assisting the attorneys.
Clinton W. Lancaster - Attorney
Clint Lancaster has been a practicing attorney since 2011 and has litigated over 1,000 cases to verdicts or judgments before the state and federal court systems. He has represented MTV reality TV stars, an NFL linebacker, and other celebrities. In 2020, he represented President Donald Trump in the Wisconsin election challenge. In 2019, he successfully sued Hunter Biden for child support in Arkansas. He is one of only two known attorneys in the history of the United States to have both sued (and recovered) against the child of a United States President and represented a different, sitting United States President. He is currently the Republican Party's designee to the Saline County (Arkansas) Election Commission where he serves as one of three election commissioners.
Andrew Kloster - Attorney
Andrew Kloster is a Midwest native, and served as an election observer in Green Bay, Wisconsin during the November 2020 election. He is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, which has jurisdiction over federal courts in Wisconsin. He has served in various public and non profit capacities.
Kevin Scott - Attorney and Local Counsel
Kevin Scott is a Wisconsin-based attorney practicing since 2000. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Legal Masters degree in taxation from Boston University. He has served as a judicial clerk and prior to starting his own firm was a partner at one of Wisconsin's largest law firms.
Edward Chaim - Investigator
Ed has been a very beneficial part of our team since joining us in early December. A native of Puerto Rico, he speaks both English and Spanish. He served in the Milwaukee Police Department for twenty-five years before retiring as a detective in March of 2021. Ed has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
Ed's main tasks at the office include doing background research on parties involved in the investigation, sorting office documents, scheduling interviews, and assist in the preparation of depositions.
